Job Description
? Manage a team of individual contributors in a fast paced environment.
? Establish clear, measurable individual and team goals and provide timely feedback on progress towards these goals.
? Lead, motivate and coach employees to develop their skills and career advancement.
? Analyze, develop, and report on team KPIs while driving for improvements.
? Proactively track and communicate daily, weekly and monthly goals at the individual and team level,
identify and address performance issues, and assist with resolving client escalations as needed.
? Actively pursuing a team environment focused on the achievement of the project’s high quality standards and high performance goal
? Recognizing their team’s deficiencies and developing action plans to overcome them
? Meeting monitoring goals and completing related reports
? Providing effective feedback and coaching to agents and floor support
? Providing coverage on the floor as directed
Maintain and increase product knowledge on applicable products/applications via training, documentation and personal research
? Definitive source of knowledge, technique or expertise in a specific subject area
? Applies expertise to support an organization’s vision and strategic direction
? Provides guidance on work environment on how area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of development
Requirements are as follows:
? Graduate of 4-year course, preferably course is in line with Business Management.
? Must have at least?3-5 years of solid experience in the same related field.
? Preferably has experience as for?at least 2 years in Collections Agency, Bank or BPO.
? Has a strong experience in?Training or Q.A handling people.
? Must have good communication skills.
? Proficient in MS Excel,?? and other office applications.
? Team player, very reliable, highly motivated and organized.
