他沉腰缓缓进入In addition to addressing customer inquiries, concerns and suggestions, sales and technical support engineers may focus on issues brought up by other departments within their company, such as sales, manufacturing and operations. Sales and Technical Services Engineers serve as experts in the products that their company manufactures and develops. They find solutions to problems with the products and help customers work through technical difficulties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Files reports regarding product problems
? Researches technical issues
? Manages and processes customer orders
? Walks customers through solutions
? Reviews product change requests
? Learns about product updates and new technologies
? Report defects or offer suggestions for product improvement.
? Through their investigations, they contribute to product knowledge and help make future technical support easier.
? Additional responsibilities may include taking action to resolve problems, troubleshooting, answering phones calls, and responding to e-mails.
? Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization and turn this into increased business.
? Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
? Plan approaches and pitches. Work with his team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
? Promote company’s products/services addressing or predicting client needs
? Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive
? Provide trustworthy feedback and after sale service
? Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
? Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
? Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
? Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
? Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

? A graduate of Electrical Engineering
? Must be a Licensed Engineer
? With at least five (3) years of working experience in the related field
? Interpersonal skills (Internal and External)
? Must be amenable to work in Cebu City
