We are hiring for the?Sales Head?position for a multinational GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) enterprise and cloud Apps company that will be opening their pioneer office in the Philippines.
The Sales Head is responsible for developing new businesses for the company.
- Help organizations solve real business challenges related to GRC and quality management through the company’s modern and digital enterprise apps.
- Lead a business portfolio within the assigned vertical or territory developing new business
- Manage a team of sales executives in meeting targets
- Work closely with globall y distributed Marketing, Inside Sales and Sales Engineering teams to develop and close business opportunities
- Execute sales plans and converge the efforts of all team members to achieve exceptional results
- Build a trusted advisor relationship by developing personal and professional networks.
- Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any related course
- Candidates must have at least 10 years of solid experience in selling enterprise software
- Ideal candidates must have experience in selling GRC Solutions or have used GRC and quality management domains
- Also open to candidates that are GRC executives or consultants
- Must have strong network of high-level or key positions clients in the Banking, Conglomerates, Energy or Telco industries
- Excellent presntation, negotation, and interpersonal skills
- Work location: Metro Manila
- Can start ASAP
