- Respond to customer queries/trouble calls in a timely manner.
- Get agreement on sample evaluation and timetable of qualifications; follow up on qualification until completed.
- Solve Quality and Technical issues in coordination with related and concerned personnel.
- Solve issues on price, delivery, Purchase Order and collection.
- Close sales and get Purchase Orders on customer’s approved items.
- Submits reports to Manager and Division Manager on time related to:
- Prepares presentation report for Business sector monthly and quarterly meeting.
- Follow through collection of customer past due accounts until paid and confirm the reason of the delay to establish the countermeasure.
- Confirm the gap of sales result, forecast and budget and analyze the reason of the gap report.
- Investigate the market situation to update 3C and 4P.
- Takes responsibility with customer issues in the absence of sales coordinator.
- Monitors logistics of ordered items; delivery schedules (pull in/pull out).? Follow up customer complaints and concerns.
- Updates product/market sales data and inform Management and concerned overseas offices.
- Prepares quotations when needed.
- Survey new application for new and existing Nitto products. Get information on new projects and roadmap.
- Monitors and control customer’s inventory and NDP stock status to avoid excess stock / dead stock.? Provides alternative customers for dead stock.? Coordinates and initiates request to re-qualify old stock.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- At least 1 year experience in the related field is required (Manufacturing, Automobile, Pharmaceutical Company)
- Know how to drive / Driving license required
- Good Communication skills
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
