We are looking Relationship Managers for one of leading commercial banks in the country.

The?Relationship Managers?are responsible in developing and managing loan portfolio of acceptable credit risks from various industries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Credit Initiation
1.1.? Identify, originate and solicit credit accounts for business relationship.
1.2.? Clearly adheres to set target market at times.
1.3.? Acts promptly and professionally on loan request proposals.
Credit Evaluation
2.1.? Ensures timely submission by client of all required documents/data/info needed for the evaluation of the credit worthiness of the client.
2.2.? Coordinates with marketing assistants for the financial analysis/financial spreading of the accounts.
2.3.? Carefully reviews and evaluates the results of the credit checking on the clients as well as the appraisal valuation of securities if deemed necessary.
2.4.? Conducts periodic visit/ocular inspection of client’s office premises.
Account Management
3.1.? Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the information and data in the preparation/submission of credit media for approval.
3.2.? Ensures that the proposed extension of credit fully meets the standard and quality set forth in the policy guidelines. 3.3.? Ensures that the credit line is timely renewed / extended / reviewed.
3.4.? Ensures the completeness of all required documentation prior to any loan release / credit transactions.
3.5.? Supervises the Assistant Relationship Manager with the daily servicing of clients.
3.6.? Promptly attends to the other banking needs of clients to ensure quality service.
3.7.? Acts at all times as the Relationship Manager to all his / her accounts by cross selling the entire bank’s other product and services.
3.8.? Ensures timely collection of the loan/credit extended.
Credit Administration
4.1.? Coordinates with Assistant Relationship Managers in the preparation/submission of the required reports or documents. 4.2.? Ensures early identification/detection of potential problem accounts. Always prepares timely report/update to management.
4.3.? Ensures collection or workout of problem accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Acocunting, Economic or any Business related course
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Business Manager (MBM) preferred but not required
  • At least 5 years managerial experience in the Corporate Banking industry
  • Responsible for acquiring clients for top conglomerates (Top Tier) and SMEs companies (Retail).
  • Proficient in analysing and presenting financial statements
  • Top tier: Will be presenting the conglomerate clients’ financial statement to the Credit Committee
  • Will be handling/supervisoring Assistant Relationship Managers
  • Banking experience in the field of Corporate Banking/Account Management
  • Knowledgeable of various bank products and services
  • Credit Analys/Appraisals/Credit Investigation
  • Language skill: Mandarin
  • Willing to work at BGC, Taguig, Mabini, Binondo (Mandarin speaking) or Greenhills (Mandarin speaking)
