Product Managers?for a leading manufacturing, marketing, and distribution company of quality Pharmaceutical and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products.
The?Product Manager?is responsible for brand management, sales management, financial management and business development functions of multiple product range such as Food Supplements or Nutraceutical Products, Prescription and Over-the-Counter (OTC) medicines.
  • Directly reporting to the Group Product Manager;
  • Coordinate with different organizational functional units: Sales, Purchasing, Regulatory, and Finance departments;
  • Responsible for building brands and achieving the corporate sales and profit objectives;
  • Conceptualize annual brand plans, and programs of the assigned products;
  • Conduct regularly competitive analysis reports to gather industry insights to improve or propose tactical strategies in response to the competition in the market;
  • Identify market gaps and recommend products to satisfy demand;
  • Evaluate proposed planned initiatives and ensures timely execution of plans through in-depth analysis;
  • Develop marketing collaterals, and effectively coordinate with the sales team to provide selling tools, and promotional inputs;
  • Provide technical and updated product knowledge training to the sales team;
  • Responsible for the preparation of annual business and marketing plans of assigned and new products;
  • Represent the organization by constantly communicating with key clients, and take initiatives to assess their needs;
Minimum Qualifications:?
  • Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Pharmaceutical, Medicine Science or any Business or Medical related courses
  • Must have at least 2 years of solid experience in Product Management in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
  • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical Sales is an advantage
  • Must be proficient in creating and developing business analytical tools and reports
  • Excellent communicator and comfortable in dealing with key clients
  • Good at champoining ideas from conceptualization to implementation
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Highly flexible and can adapt to a competitive and fast-paced work environment
  • Work location: Makati City
  • Work schedule: Dayshift
