We are hiring for the?Operations Support Assistant?that will performs administrative, reconciliation and customer service duties.
The role:?
  • You will be providing administrative support to managers and employees
  • You will assist in the daily office needs and will be managing general administrative activities
  • You are a natural people person who is confident in dealing with clients and candidates
  • You have excellent negotiation skills and exhibit professionalism in contacting clients and collecting outstanding payment and ensure timely payment

Who you are:?

You are passionate in starting your career in a recruitment firm You also have the following attributes:

  • Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in any course
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Highly organized and keen to details
  • Exhibits professionalism while maintaining excellent negotiation skills
  • Can communicate well with clients and can present himself/herself well
  • A self starter with a sense of urgency and highly motivated
