Duties and Responsibilities
  • ? Coordinate with vendors to setup all products environments to new customer
  • ? Provide support to customer via electronic communication channel during integration of
  • product into customer sites
  • ? Provide support to customer service team for any IT related issue
  • ? Provide weekly reports of clients’ integration status
  • ? Keep track and follow up with customer until the product successful launch
  • ? Prepare documentations like boarding kits or Process forms to smoothen the product

  • ? Any other duties as dedicated by direct superior
Qualifications
  • ? Required to live in Manila, Philippines
  • ? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • ? Required skill(s): Web Programming languages such as ASP.NET, PHP, JAVA, HTML and
  • HTML5; Database knowledge such as SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle; and API integration

  • ? Required language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and oral
  • ? At least 1-year experienced employee in IT technical & operational support
  • ? Analytical skill to resolve problem in timely manner
  • ? Knowledge of gaming industry is a plus
  • ? Able to multi-tasked and work prioritized, good time management and ability to work under
  • pressure
  • ? Up-to-date with IT knowledge
