HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Human resources (HR) officers他沉腰缓缓进入?are responsible for hiring, developing and looking after employees. This involves functions such as training and monitoring performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Create and implement effective on boarding plans
? Develop training and development programs
? Assist in performance management processes
? Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
? Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) According to policy and legal requirements
? Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
? Recruiting, training and developing staff
? Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
? Pensions and benefits administration
? Approving job descriptions and advertisements
? Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
? Organizing staff training sessions and activities
? Monitoring staff performance and attendance
? Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures
? Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organization
? Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
? Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
? Providing counseling on policies and procedures
? Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related
? With two (2) to three (3) years proven experience as an HR Officer, administrator or related
? Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
? General knowledge and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
? Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
? Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
? Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong ethics and reliability
? Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
? Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge decision-making aptitude
? Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
? Able to present company mission and history clearly and confidently
? Great “people-person” skills and professional attitude
? Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred
? Proficient in MS Office;
