The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding the HR Department. Be the “mover” and actively function as the “voice” between employees and management.
HR Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the HR functions.
- Must have at least 6 years as an HR Manager
- Preferably in the Marketing Industry or in a Direct Selling Industry
- Experience in handling companies with medium to large scale
- Highly adept in planning, organizing and managing people.
- Strong and high desirable personal attributes such as integrity, professionalism, and dependability
- HR Practitioner is well-experienced, dynamic in managing personnel, making policies, leading teams
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
