We are looking for?Corporate Sales Head?to join one of the leading Payment Technology services company in the country.
The?Corporate Sales Head?is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the key merchant accounts and cultivating existing relationships with the aim of securing revenue growth and bringing in new?Strategic accounts into the portfolio.
  • Supervise Sales Executives and Assistant Sales Managers handling separate geographic areas in Cebu with their own allocation of small-to-medium sized Strategic accounts, as well as individual New Accounts pipeline.
  • Increase the market share and profitability of his/her given portfolio as well as those in the assigned districts through relationship management and to maintain a healthy pipeline of target Strategic accounts.
  • Actively monitor the services and develop relationships with these merchants?and maximize new business and cross sell opportunities and to deepen the merchant relationship with the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Managment, Commerce, Finance or any related courses
  • Must have at least 3 years of solid expeirnece in Sales and Marketing in the?Banking, Insurance, or Hospitality Industries
  • Proven track record in handling performing sales teams
  • Strong network of clients with experience in Merchant Acquisition, Relationship Management with any of the Top 100 Philippines corporations.
  • Strong client managment and customer care experience with entrepreneurial character, be mature and independent, able to work well?with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organization, negotiation and problem solving skills when dealing with merchants
  • Work schedule: Dayshift
  • Work Location: Cebu City
  • Can start ASAP
