We are hiring for?Chefs?for one of the leading hotel and leisure parks in Kawit, Cavite.
The?Chef?will be part of the Hot & Cold Kitchen and will be overseeing a team of line cooks, kitchen staff and junior sous chefs.
  • Will be in charge of the overall kitchen production supervision
  • Will be responsible for staff supervision, training and development
  • Responsible in monitoring the kitchen budget, expenses and food cost control
  • Maintain food quality and presentation
  • Ensure Food safety
  • Provide various Kitchen reports
  • Maintain kitchen?cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation
Minimum Qualifications:?
  • Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree, or Course in Culinary, Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management, and any related courses
  • Must have at least 3 years of solid experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industries as a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Executive Chef or Junior Sous Chef
  • Proficient in costing, inventory, production, scheduling, and purchasing.
  • Must be able to manage commissary operations, banquet and catering requirements, and restaurant kitchen operations
  • Adept in forecasting, planning and strategizing and keen on cost control
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedure
  • Strong knowledge in healthy and safety standards
  • Work location: Kawit, Cavite
  • Can start ASAP
