The?Branch Service Assistant?is responsible to handle inquiries, complaints of policy holders and loan borrowers in connection with their insurance and/or loan application.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides services to internal and external clients
- Attends to inquiries of policyholders related to premium payments;
- Coordinates with Accounting/Sales associates re clarifications, inquiries, and complaints of sale associates concerning commissions and other compensation;
- Provides assistance to sales associates on their licensing, insurance and loan solicitations, commission and bonus payments, and validation of production;
- Assists the Operations Head in the efficient running of branch office operations.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- With at least 1 year relevant experience in customer service
- Can start ASAP
