We are hiring for an?Administration and Accounts Executive?for professional services firm in St. Julians, Malta (Europe) that offers?company incorporation, accounting, business advisory, corporate finance, audit and assurance, compliance, tax, and back office services.
The?Administration and Accounts Executive?is responsible for monitoring the back end system, and internal processes.
  • Will be responsible for book keeping, payroll and collections
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
  • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues
  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
  • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
Minimum Qualifications:?
  • Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance or any related courses
  • Candidates must have at least 5 years of solid experience in as an Administration Officer or Account Executive preferably in the auditing industry
  • Must have extensive experience in payroll, bookkeeping and collections
  • Must be highly organized and keen to details
  • Work location: St. Julians, Malta
