Be an?Assistant Manager for Learning and Development?in one of the largest Paper Industry in the Philippines!
Job Summary :
? Manage all training requirements and oversee the whole training process
? Assess the training and development needs of employees and the Company’s requirements, address training gaps
? Design learning and development programs to elevate the competence of the employees and promote the Company’s values and culture
? Develop programs to enhance the problem solving, and analytical thinking of employees
? Facilitate training programs for all levels of the organization and evaluate the impact on the job
? Facilitate the implementation of Multi-skilling, on-the-job training, and other developmental programs.
? Conceptualize and manage training projects and budgets
Minimum Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource Management, or any related field
? At least 3 years of experience in full training cycle (Training needs analysis, Instructional Design, Training delivery and Training evaluation)
? With pleasing personality and excellent people skills
? Good leadership and communication skills both oral and written
? Able to self-manage, with a strong sense of responsibility and maturity
? Willing to be based in Pampanga
