BE PART OF THE NO. 1 ELEVATOR / ESCALATOR INSTALLATION COMPANY IN THE PHILIPPINES
As a SERVICE MANAGER, you will be responsible for the following duties:

? Prepare monthly/daily work schedules of servicemen under him and see to it that the schedules are followed
? Conduct regularly on-the-spot inspection of all equipment in their area to check the condition and performance of a particular unit and make recommendation necessary for its improvement and/or servicing system
? Prepare all the materials and schedule of all approved special service, reconstruction and additional features requested by client
? Coordinate with other sections on matters pertaining to proper maintenance of elevators and escalators
? Perform other service-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed or have AT LEAST two (2) years of technical education
? Preferably with experience in field of engineering
? Must have excellent communication skills, both in oral and written
? Must possess a good moral character
? Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and demonstrate strong leadership ability
? Capable of negotiating effectively with the prospective clients
