BE PART OF THE NO. 1 ELEVATOR / ESCALATOR INSTALLATION COMPANY IN THE PHILIPPINES
As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
? Formulate programs and uplift skills of workers to improve leadership and management skills of supervisors and engineers
? Monitor safety program of the department
? See to it that their subordinates strictly observe the company rules and safety regulations at the project
? Will take charge of the monitoring of weekly coordination meeting of supervisors and project engineers
? Provide proper assignment of projects to supervisors and subordinates.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? With at least 5 – 7 years of background in Elevator / Escalator installation
? Must have experience in Project Management
? Computer Literate
? With good communication skills
? Must possess a good moral character and capable of negotiating effectively with the prospective clients and subcontractors
? Teaching and training people and can relate to all types of people in the organization
? Strong leadership skills
