As an?HR and Administrative Manager,?you play a?critical role by providing employees with top-notch Human Resources expertise in employee relations, legal compliance, training, employee engagement, talent planning, and recruitment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Adheres to company’s policies on ethics and integrity
  • Support compliance with Philippine laws, employment laws, corporate HR policies, and the company’s personnel policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Manage the Human Resource staff
  • Leads participate in and maintain site staffing requirements by recruiting, screening, and partnering
  • with leaders on selections
  • Onboard all new employees to include new hire orientation, explanation of benefits, company policies,
  • practices, and procedures
  • Coaches and consults with employees and managers on non-call center supported items, providing
  • recommendations on a day to day problems and issues, escalating complex HR issues. This includes exit
  • interviews, employee relations
  • Perform exit interviews, identify trends and recommend opportunities for improvement when appropriate
  • Partners with management to communicate HR policies, procedures. Recommends practices to establish a positive workplace environment
  • Advises managers in the progressive discipline policy. Review, guides and may recommend employee terminations. Conducts investigations with support
  • Responsible for required management training as designated by Leadership
  • Assist in unemployment claims administration and may represent the company at unemployment compensation hearings
  • Properly maintain employee personnel files and documentation, in addition to maintaining data within our Human Resource web portal
  • Mentor less experienced team members
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master’sDegree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma /Master’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources Managerial experience, operations environment is a plus
  • A proven track record within multiple HR disciplines: employee relations, training, and development, and recruiting experience is most critical
  • Deep knowledge of best practices from past employers, professional networks, continuing education;
    strong preference for past experience with a best-in-class employer with strong, innovative HR practices
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with all
    levels of management and staff
  • Ability to stand firm and remain committed when necessary and facilitate understanding when difficult
    decisions must be made and executed
  • Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results-driven, rapidly
    changing environment – with minimal daily oversight
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Salcedo Village, Makati City.
