Be a Local Accounting and Administration Manager in one of the leading global provider of transportation and logistics services!
The Local Accounting and Administration Manager has the responsibility for the local accounting, tax and corporate reporting/compliance of Manila offices.
The role will also be overseeing the team of administration staff responsible for the administrative services and support to? Manila offices.
The role shall ensure professional, efficient and timely legal advice, which protects the legal
interests of the company.
  • Responsible for reporting to and handling Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) matters
  • Responsible for reporting to and handling Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (PhilSEC) matters
  • Responsible for internal control
  • Responsible for local administration budget and expense control
  • Responsible for corporate accounts by ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Responsible for team supervision of accountants and administration staff
  • Responsible for ensuring legal conformity and compliance, minimize the probability of exposure and to make decisions concerning matters within the responsibilities
Responsibilities and Tasks include overseeing accounting, admin, and legal support.
Education/experience
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Attorney-at-law
  • Experience in handling BIR tax assessments
  • Financial accounting experience
  • Proven legal counseling experience in a business environment
