The?Claims Assistant?is responsible to process the claims through verification, investigation and analyzing the facts of case.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering all client inquiries.
- Receiving claimfiles from the client
- Do acknowledgement receipt, denial and offer; requesting lacking documents.
- Process the claims through verification, investigation and analyzing the facts of case
- Negotiating and do prompt communication to all claimants.
- Process the claims in terms for payment, denied, evaluation as per policy standard
- Encoding, filing, answering phone calls and emailing.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- With at least 6 months relevant experience in customer service/sales, finance or admin functions.
- Preferably with medical background
- Can start ASAP
