The?Claims Assistant?is responsible to process the claims through verification, investigation and analyzing the facts of case.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answering all client inquiries.
  • Receiving claimfiles from the client
  • Do acknowledgement receipt, denial and offer; requesting lacking documents.
  • Process the claims through verification, investigation and analyzing the facts of case
  • Negotiating and do prompt communication to all claimants.
  • Process the claims in terms for payment, denied, evaluation as per policy standard
  • Encoding, filing, answering phone calls and emailing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • With at least 6 months relevant experience in customer service/sales, finance or admin functions.
  • Preferably with medical background
  • Can start ASAP
