Be an?Assistant Manager for Compensation and Benefits?in one of the largest Paper Industry in the Philippines!
Job Summary :
Familiar with the rudiments of designing pay and reward strategies to address CompenBen challenges
Ensures that Pay, Benefits and Reward policies, procedures and programs are aligned with the Company’s objectives of attracting, retaining and keeping employees motivated and productive
Effectively communicates the Compensation philosophy to improve employee engagement and performance
Responsible for managing (plan, design, develop, and implement) the Company’s pay structure and benefits program.
Determines competitive salary rates and develops or modifies compensation packages
Ensures that employee compensation and benefits policies are current, competitive, and legal while taking into account changing the economic landscape
Minimum Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or any related field
? At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Compensation & Benefits design and administration
? Able to self-manage, with a strong sense of responsibility and maturity
? Good in oral and written communication skills
? Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
? With pleasing personality
? Willing to be based either in Pampanga
